Confirmation of reservation - in order to confirm the reservation, we require a timely payment of a reservation fee of CZK 500 to account 1006276002/2700, which will be deducted from the price of the treatment. Enter the last 4 digits of your phone number as a variable symbol. Without crediting the reservation fee, it will not be possible to confirm the reservation. Thank you for your understanding. By sending a payment to the account, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. You will receive a booking confirmation by email.

Refund of the reservation fee/cancellation of the reservation - the reservation can be canceled no later than 3 days in advance. The reservation fee will be returned to your account.

Unexcused absence - the reservation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee in the amount of 100% according to the Terms and Conditions.
